Can I return a product after receiving it? All purchases made on the Terme di Comano website are regulated by the Italian law on mail orders, which aims at providing customers with a high-quality service guaranteeing their complete satisfaction. If you’ve made the wrong order and received an unwanted product, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return it. We will accept all returned products provided that they are intact and in perfect condition. We will then reimburse the cost (except for packaging and shipping expenses, as set out by Italian law).
