Products sold by Terme di Comano are regulated by Legislative Decree 24/2002 on the sale and guarantee of consumer goods and, for what not expressly contained therein, by the regulations of the Civil Code and other national applicable regulations. Customers hold the rights set out in article 1519 bis as amended.
The warranty applies to those Products with defects and/or malfunctions not verifiable at the time of purchase, provided that the Products are used correctly and with the due diligence observing the instructions set out.
The warranty does not apply in case of negligence and carelessness of the Customer when using the Products.
Terme di Comano is not responsible for any disservice due to force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances such as accidents, theft and/or robbery of the courier in charge of delivery, fire, explosions, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that impede in full or in part the execution of this contract in the time and manner agreed. Therefore, the reimbursement of any damage, loss or costs of any nature incurred by Customers or assignees deriving from the causes cited above cannot in any case be requested to the Supplier. In such case, customers will only be entitled to the reimbursement of the price paid.
Terme di Comano is not responsible for the fraudulent and illicit use of the credit cards used to purchase the products by Customers or third parties.
